While I am normally not one to promote social protests, I think this year is as important as any other for our youth to demonstrate their compassion, caring, and love for those poor children who never get to breath the air of freedom.

I am calling upon youth of conscience in our junior high schools and high schools to go develop T-Shirts like the one pictured, and wear them on April 17th, 2009 to their schools.

On that day, do not speak. Do not answer questions. Do not respond to taunts from your teachers, or threats from the principal.

Carry a small card that says "I am silent today to recognize the millions of Americans who have no voice."
