Rainbow Girls Make Special Mother's Day Delivery!
Mother’s Day morning the Rainbow Girls from Roseville DeRiemer Assembly No. 263 made their annual surprise visit at Kaiser and Sutter Hospitals in Roseville. Lead by Assembly Mother Advisor Mrs. Joan Johnson, the Rainbow Girls quietly roamed the halls of each Maternity Ward and presented fifty new mommies with beautiful flower bouquets they made. Each new mother was so thankful and appreciative on this special Mother's Day. The Hospital staff employees are very supportive and always enjoy the girls visit each year.
The Assembly has been doing this act of kindness for nearly 20 years now. “It’s one of our nice little service projects we love to do each year,” said Mother Advisor Joan Johnson. “The girls love to do this before they spend the day with their Mothers.”
