Are we to judge a president simply by looking an approval rating? Talk about retarded and simplistic. Clinton was a disgrace to the office. Any one who believes differently has a mental disorder. How about his impeachment? How about losing his law license? How about being sued on multiple occasions for sexual harassment? How about the bombing of the Serbs? Forgetting about future misdeeds of Bush for a second, nothing will ever compare to the harm caused by Clinton.
