Bush Has Not Upeld The Constitution
Posted by: BirchBricker

Bush & his administration are charged by the people of the United States with trying to suspend the constitutional Writ of Habeas Corpus; ramming the totalitarian U.S.A. Patriot Act through Congress; the mass-round-up and incarceration of foreigners; kangaroo courts; depriving at least two United States citizens of their constitutional rights by means of military incarceration; interference with the constitutional right of defendants in criminal cases to lawyers; violating and subverting the Posse Comitatus Act; unlawful and unreasonable searches and seizures; violating the First Amendments rights of the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, peaceable assembly, and to petition the government for redress of grievances; packing the federal judiciary with hand-picked judges belonging to the totalitarian Federalist Society and undermining the judicial independence of the Constitution's Article III federal court system; violating the Third and Fourth Geneva Conventions and the U.S. War Crimes Act; violating the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination; reinstitution of the infamous "Cointelpro" Program; violating the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, the Convention against Torture, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; instituting the totalitarian Total Information Awareness Program; and establishing a totalitarian Northern Military Command for the United States of America itself. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Bush has sworn to UPHOLD the U.S. Constitution! Really?

Birch:

ha ha ha

you and the media could not beat Bush in 2 elections

and with a fake guard doc's story, with forged documents

it must be hell knowing you could not beat the 3rd worst President in history

the worst being Jimmy Carter and second worst being Bill Clinton

but look at the state of the world and the economy

Bush stopped leading after the 2004 election when he simply gave up fighting the untruthful smears of the left and the left media (see CBS guard docs forgery on google)

and now look at the world

he left it to the democrats in Congress to fix and what have they done

ruined the economy by race carding him on the repeateded requests to rein in Fannie and Freddie and then they lowered themselves even more by investingating steroids in baseball and a natural disaster (Katrina) over and over and over

nice job left - you proved that Bush was a leader

once he stopped leading and let the left have their way

it all turned to @#$%%

congratualtions, you done real good

and hey Vern - you also got your non_American citzen socialist President elected too

well done.....

oh, and if you call in the next 20 minutes

Al Queda will say a derogatory racial slur about your president-elect

yeah, lotta good his election has done already !

everyone still hates us !

Birch baby: Give it up. You're starting to sound totally psychotic.

common_sense--again, you can go live in your parallel universe where Bush reigns supreme--you really want to talk about the country going to x@#% ? Bill Clinton's approval ratings during impeachment were twice as high as Bush's has been at anytime in the last year and a half.

You can't excuse your way out of this administration's severe bungling--you have more excuses for them than a 9 year old trying to escape a mess.

I don't believe in much of what the P & F party preaches.

SB:

Are we to judge a president simply by looking an approval rating? Talk about retarded and simplistic. Clinton was a disgrace to the office. Any one who believes differently has a mental disorder. Lets start with his dalliance with Monica and then lying about such under oath and to the American People (he stuck a cigar in her vagina) . How about the pardon of Mark Rich? How about his impeachment? How about losing his law license? How about being sued on multiple occasions for sexual harassment? How about the bombing of the Serbs? How about the hiring of the idiot Janet Reno?

BB:

Why do you live in the USA? Making general allegations without any evidence in support thereof is a disservice to Bush and yourself. If you want to get people to jump to your side, you need to make some cogent arguments. That you have woefully failed to do.

common_sense: Which president left our country better off when leaving after 2 terms; Clinton or Bush? Do you really want to get in involved in accusing other's arguments as being retarded & simplistic?

What about hiring that idiot Donald Rumsfeld? I wouldn't start just yet in criticizing Clinton's pardon choices until we've had a chance to see who Bush ends up letting off the hook when he gets the chance--there will be plenty for him to choose from.

Please don't invite comparisons between these 2 Presidents as you'll lose your a** in that argument every time.

Bush and the democratic controlled house have failed to uphold the constitution. Perfect easy examples are the passings of the patriot act and military commissions act.

Happy Thanksgiving Auburn Journal bloggers. I'm spending Turkey Day in Orange County but it's impossible for me to get completely away from Placer County (thanks to the internet).

Do we really need to rehash all this "Bush did this.... and Bush did that"? What we really need to do is heed the words of Mr. Rothe of the Journal Editorial today.

Let's start looking for someone to help rather than someone to tear down! Please pass the gravy, not more anger!

;-)

Steely:

You are the typical lefty. Never answering an argument; simply pointing a finger elsewhere. Forgetting about future misdeeds of Bush for a second, nothing will ever compare to the harm caused by Clinton. Thanks to your narcissistic overly horny candidate, children across this country think "sex" does not include oral copulation. They also think it is cool to deceive. This is not to say that Clinton did not do some good deeds. Sorry to say, those good deeds will always be overshadowed by his horrific behavior in office. By the way, I happen to agree with you that Rumsfeld was an idiot. He harmed this country in many ways.

steelybob: approval ratings don't put money in the bank

and approval ratings are done by the media arm of the democrat party, hello !

but argue as you may that Bush caused this, there are just way too many instances of democrats causing this that are on youtube and CSPAN archives

as for leaving the country better off, good freaking god

are you retared ? 3/2000 the market crashed - Clinton/Gore administration

we were in a recessiong when Bush took office in 1/2001 - hello, knock, knock SB !

semen stains in the Oval Office - tell us when to wake you SB

common_sense: well I guess I'm jsut retarded like the majority of people who prefer Clinton to Bush.

Case in point: After inheriting a deficit of 4.7 percent of gross domestic product in 1992, Clinton turned this into a surplus of 2.4 percent of G.D.P. in 2000 — a turnaround that can be appreciated by realizing that this year's deficit, as large as it is, will reach only 4.2 percent of G.D.P., according to the Congressional Budget Office.

What does Bush do when faced with this? He innitiates an unneccessary war against Iraq while we were focusing on Afghanistan--a truly just war--which to this date has cost us $574,189,128,737--that's $574 BILLION!

And you focus on the stained blue dress--one of the many subjects which make you Right-Wingers soooo tiresome.

You might want to think twice about egging me on futher as you will be become more of an embarrassment .
